Rotomolding, or rotational molding, is a manufacturing process to create hollow plastic products. It involves heating a mold and adding powdered plastic resin, typically polyethylene, which melts and coats the inner surface as the mold rotates in multiple axes. After solidification through cooling, the mold is opened, and the finished product is trimmed and removed.
